Securing a flash; How'd you do it?

I just bout a 580ex and Im looking for ways to secure it to my FTP. I've got a cx100 and a rebel XT mounted horizontally on top right now so I'm looking for suggestions on where and how to mount the flash. Thanks

move the stills to the front of the helmet. cx100 on the left and the flash on the right.

the cord will run inbetween the flash and the vid to the top of the stills.

i have a quick release for my flash. schmacker. what i did was took a small piece of carbon fibre and mounted it to the quick release. i used the foam pad to space the flash from the carbon fibre. i secured it all down with a buckle strap.

i can remove the flash from my helmet in 1 second and not have any straps or loose crap on my head.
