Sony CX105 Focus set up

Hi folks,
I'm currently using the Sony CX105 and I'm looking for information about focus set ups!
Currently I'm using a .3X wide angle in auto focus, however I can see the potential for the camera to hunt for another focal point other than the intended subject!

I'd be interested to hear how people set up their focus using this particular model.

I have he same model with the raynox HD5050pro.
I have set it to auto focus and I don't have any problems...

I recommend the spot focus mode/manual.
I don't recommend the Autofocus.

Autofocus works great... until it doesn't. I had my PC1000 on autofocus for a bunch of jumps (4-way videos) by accident. It worked great... I didn't even notice it was on autofocus. Then I got a little moisture on the lens and the camera decided to focus on that. Goodbye 4-way team... until I turned on my windshield wiper and cleared the lens. When the ringsite fogs, it's time to wipe the lens.
Use manual focus for video.

I've never liked AF myself. I just wasn't too sure with the setup on the CX105. I'll set it to spot focus for the next jump.

Hi, I have that exact same camera and wanted to get some wide angle lens for it. The one you have (.3X) seems great.

What brand is it, and do you know where I can find it?
