Which Camera Quick Release System (bolt-on) is the best (quality) for a top mount still camera?

Anyone has a photo using it on a helmet to see how it works, looks and fit?
thanks again!

A search on Really right stuff and on Bonehead Mantle brings up threads with pictures of the brackets and plates in different orientations. Scroll through the entire thread as there are several posts with pictures as the conversation evolved.

I also posted a few shots of my helmet which is currently last night the last post in the "Post your Camera Helmet" thread... if you want something specific then ask... the lever function RRS mounts are relatively simple to use with the quick releases...

and as Scott (aka LouDiamond) pointed out there is a lot of info about the RRS mounts on their website... (look through their tutorials)

I use a Vid plate to mount my videocamera and have a L-brackets for my still cameras...
