SimonSays 0 #1 December 22, 2008 Appreciate Advice: I'd like to start jumping with a video camera (side mounted) on free fly jumps - fun, not work. I have no experience with video and are starting the process of educating myself. I have a few questions, which I need help with: Are tape camcoders the only ones suitable for skydiving? Are any of the new HD camcorders with memory sticks suitable? Are any of the new HD hard drive camcorders any good? AS1 0 #10 January 4, 2009 It's The HC5/7 can be sidemounted fine in a 2k FF3. It's only 12mm wider than the old 2k FF2 with a PC series in it. Not everyones choice but works for me.
