Another Premiere Question - how to make stills

I am new to this and am making great use of the help package but some things are just not answered there.

I actually have 2 questions:

1. How do I capture a still from a frame? I would like to either export this as an image or use it in the sequence.

2. How do I limit the hold on a frame to a certain length of time? I.e. I want to pause on a frame (just in that track) and then carry on playing the clip as usual.

1. file > export > frame (you need to de-interlace this in photoshop or similar if you want to use it for something other than TV)
2. how I do it (there may be an easier way):
split track at "pause point" (ctrl-k)
copy one of both tracks
you now have 3 tracks
the middle one: right click > frame hold > hold on in- or outpoint (depends on which part you used)
clip/lengthen track as necessary but keep that in- or out-frame

Similar, but slightly different:
1. Once premiere is running highlight the clip you wish to apply the freeze frame to,
2. Move the red time-line cursor to the frame you want to freeze on then,
3. Select File>Export>Frame... (You will now have a single frame pic in the project screen)
4. Select the razor tool and cut the video clip where the time-line cursor is, Now you'll have two clips
5. Now grab that picture you created before (step 3.) and place that where you cut the video, between the two video clips.

You don't, by any chance, know how to repeat a certain portion of an audio track? Actually I suck completely at the audio stuff so far and can't even understand the audio editor.

Same as with a videoclip. Clip audioportion you want to repeat then copy it to the timeline as often as needed.

Erm, that's what I thought. But I can't figure out how to clip 'em.

Split, hold CTRL, drag. This makes a copy and places it whereever you'd like to place it.
