Jumpah 0 #1 November 16, 2006 Hey all, I originally posted this in Gear and Rigging, but a suggestion was to repost it here... The camera box for my Rawa helmet should come on Friday. I'll be doing the install and I haven't installed a camera box before. I don't know what kind of directions will come with it. Does anyone have recommendations/caveats/helpful hints? Thanks! mazevedo 0 #2 November 16, 2006 With your helmet on, ask for some one to place your camera inside the box, turn it on, place the box with the camera on the left side of your helmet and focus some target near you while you are looking for the target (don't close the box door, you will need to open the LCD when targeting). Jumpah 0 #4 November 18, 2006 Yeah, thats how it was...the box can be put in a small area as it follows the shape of the helmet. I did the install in about an hour. Wasn't hard, tho it didn't come with mounting hardware. I picked up some nuts/bolts at the hardware store that worked fine.
