pocbase 0 #1 November 8, 2006 I have read through the manual and can't find anything so I assume it's not possible but just in case: Is it possible to get stills from the card on to the tape? That is, record a still photo from the sd card to the mini-dv tape. I saw them do that at 'Groundrush' in Namibia for the tandem tapes. This was with pc 350 and the like I think and I just can't seem to do the same with the 1000.The bums will never win Lebowski, the bums will never win! pocbase 0 #3 November 28, 2006 Ha, had totally forgotten about this thread. Quotewhat are you trying to do? fade a still pic into a video. Yes pretty much. On the climb up, the guys at 'groundrush' insert stills of the namibian sand dunes saved on their cards. If I understand correctly, you are talking about doing it on the spot, holding the camera on your hand to show the alti. I want to take a pic off the card and insert it on the video. Any way I can't verify it now since the optical is buggered on my pc 1000. No saying how bummed I am especially since it didn't happen while jumping. If anybody has kids, keep your camera out of their reach at all times... (as if that's not obvious enough already) Thanks for the reply TimpocThe bums will never win Lebowski, the bums will never win!
