The TM/I should "fly" the exit instead having his hand on the drogue handle right at the door while the relative wind hitting him from the side. He's just about turning himself into a "yo-yo"... I know the rest of this discussion should go to the instructors forum after this POV of the camera maybe? He may be clear and just reaching for that handle.
