post your best shot

I shot this last week, it was our 6th 'mr frank' possibly the best skydives i have had yet. i was always the one who rappelled and got thrown up above the canopy, but this time i made my best freind do it so i could shoot stills.

I also attatched a shot of what it looked like from below. not as nice of a shot, little contrast, but jsut the idea of photos is what i enjoy.

What were all your settings on that shot?
I was playing around today a bit.I tried shooting the same subject with manual shutter and aperture. shutter 160 ap of f10 and got a real nice blue sky and good color thru out the image but my subject was shadowed about 9 10 feet away so i turned on my flash to 1/2 power which pretty much made the shot work but i only got 1 or 2 shots with flash .any suggestions on that?
