Para-pro didn't build it, they hosted the event. The WFFC actually built it. There are some great pictures of it available through Martini Shots films. The key word here is 'public' airport. Different venues will have different requirements as to where a pond can or can not be built, and some of the requirements are pretty stringent. We found this out when building both the 2001 pond in Q town, and the bigger and better 2002 pond in Rantoul.
