GringoFX 0 #1 November 12, 2012 Hello people, Has anyone had an experience of using a full-face helmet radio in freefall for communications between skydivers? What are the issues and equipment? Can you hear anything but noise? :)55 seconds of the real life

mchamp 1 #3 November 17, 2012 Have tried it with a modern system just a few months ago. Used it while I was in a tracking suit and my friends were in wing suits. We were able to communicate well enough and was able to "pick" me up for a rodeo first try. Tried it on a Freefly jump but was almost useless as there was too much noise despite the volume being maxed out. Under canopy was great and clear though. Also was able to listen to the radio on some jumps too. (Speaker was only in one ear)For info regarding lift ticket prices all around the world check out http://www.jumpticketprices.com/dropzones.asp
