Physical conditions for RW or teams.

I heard that the skydivers that are on teams have to keep a good body condition, mentally and physically.
For the physical part:
What muscles do you work out more when you go the gym? and what kind of exercise you do? how many days a week? and the most important Q: How do you manage not to have a beer belly?

Well, don't drink beer is the obvious answer, but we all know in skydiving THATS not gonna happen!! Think of it as a built in Leadbelly!
As far as the workout - What muscle groups are sore after a few jumps?
