Dude, i think the best way for you to learn that is to speak to your instructors and seek canopy coaching plus the advice of the experienced canopy pilots on your home DZ.
They're right there and can watch and (if bribed with beer) video your landings and offer real time advice rather than a bunch of dudes posting about what could become dangerous manuevres (when performed at low altitudes) on the internet.

Secondly, put your jump numbers in your profile, that way people know where you are in your jumping career and can offer advice based on that.

edit: Hope this didn't come off sounding like a lecture, it wasn't meant to! ;)

Swooping Rocks!!! But there are no short cuts. Seek qualified coaching!!! Dedicate jumps towards canopy control by pulling high and practicing drills your coach has given you. Learn the performance envelope of your canopy. Put hundreds of jumps on each canopy before you downsize to the next one and don't skip a step in the downsizing progression. Build swooping related muscle memory up high before you bring your swoop low to the ground. Talk to the local reputable swoopers (if you're lucky enough to have them). Be willing to listen to those who know more than you do. Stay current and be patient. Swooping Rocks!!!

Oh and we're inducing speed to swoop with our front risers. I suggest you don't try this low to the ground until you've received proper one-on-one instruction with a reputable swooper and you've built some muscle memory up high.

Try not to worry about the things you have no control over
