Bullets in wrong div?

Just saw the attached post. The bullets don't look to be aligned/indented properly and end up being visible in the wrong div.

This happens when the poster doesn't use the correct code format.

In this case the list items [.li] were not precluded by the needed [.ul] -

This can serve as a reminder to users that all list items must be done in the following format.

[.ul]
[.li]text[./li]
[./ul]
