Receiving Proxy Error's this morning

Received the below error a few times when in different forums and clicking on different threads - not consistently receiving the error on any one thread/forum. (Using IE 7.0.)

Couldn't log on to any forum until just now.

I was up at 3am (couldn't sleep) and the forums were down. It was so sad.... I'm thinking they were just doing a bit of maintenance, and what the heck was I doing up out of bed anyway....

They are back again this morning . . . very difficult to navigate any page except the homepage and article pages.
