Full Profile->View Forum Posts link broken

Recommended Posts

Just a minor bug. If you click on "view full profile" under a poster's name, and click the link at the bottom that says "View xxxx's Forum Posts", you get the "The forums are temporarily closed as I am migrating the data to a new database." message.

It works fine if you click on their name rather than "view full".

Let's see if i can explain this successfully...

This is the correct URL format for viewing users posts:
http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?do=search_results;search_forum=all;search_user_username=spindoctor;mh=50

When i go to this profile screen:
http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/skydivers/db.cgi?db=db&ww=on&Userid=SpinDoctor&view_records=1

The URL format for viewing the user's post changes to:
http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forums/dosearch.pl?Cat=&Forum=All_Forums&Words=SpinDoctor&Match=Username&Searchpage=0&Limit=25&Old=allposts

And I get this message:
The forums are temporarily closed as I am migrating the data to a new database. Stay tuned for the new Dropzone Forums! :-)

I guess there is a problem with the profiles pages using the old format for user's posts - This had only been a problem since the site was updated...

This is not a new problem, I am adding my voice to this thread because it hasn't been sorted yet (I know, I know, you're busy)
