Watcher 0 #3 December 6, 2001 QuoteWe encountered a problem. The reason reported was: You cannot edit this post. This is not necessarily an error. If you feel this is an error then it could be something as simple as your browser not being set to accept cookies. If you feel this error is a problem with the server then please contact [email protected] and let us know what exactly went wrong so it can be fixed as soon as possible. Otherwise, please use your back button to return to the previous page. This is when i hit the edit button, no more than say 5 minutes after i post all the way up to the 6 hour mark, its my post i should be able to edit it. sangiro 4 #4 December 6, 2001 You can only edit a post up to 6 hours after you posted it. After this time period has expired the post is final and can not be changed.Safe swoopsSangiro
mountainman 0 #5 December 6, 2001 Watcher, are you saying that you tried to change it 5 minutes after you posted the first time? Hmm....if so, that shouldn't happen. However, like HH sez, after 6 hrs, it is a part of history.-------------http://www.JumpinDuo.com"oh no. Not another one"-Alienangel
AggieDave 6 #6 December 7, 2001 What browser are you using and do you accept cookies. Also, are you running some sort of "security" software like Norton Internet Security. Those can wreck havoc on stuff like these forums that run off of cookies.AggieDave '02-------------Blue Skies and Gig'em Ags!BTHO t.u.
