Freezone Moscow still closed?

Does anybody know anything new about the two Freezone Moscow tunnels, are they still closed?

It is opened! I was there this winter. I spoke to one of their managers, she said they're planning a big reconstruction of the place, will be a nice hotel nearby etc. A reconstruction will be finished this autumn, i'm going to check this tunnel one more time:)
