i hadn't heard about it, but after seeing your post i did a quick search and found this http://www.umtownship.org/index.aspx?NID=998 on the Upper Merion Township website which says that "Proposed construction of a 5,929 SF indoor skydiving facility in the parking lot of the existing Overlook at King of Prussia Shopping Center." was "Approved by the Board of Supervisors 2/26/2015"

The plan is here http://www.umtownship.org/DocumentCenter/View/4647

Looking at the plans, the location will be here: https://www.google.com/maps/place/40°05'34.5%22N+75°24'04.0%22W/@40.092908,-75.401111,363m/data=!3m2!1e3!4b1!4m2!3m1!1s0x0:0x0!6m1!1e1

FYI, they stated during the board of supervisors hearing that they intend to open in November 2015... That would be a fast build.

It would be, but those structures are pretty easy to put up, especially with skilled trades workers. A lot of concrete and steel, but primarily open spaces.

Can't wait for this to open. It's been almost 4 months since my last jaunt up at iFly Toronto and I'm going through some major withdrawal.

Depends on what kind of confirmation you are looking for, I suppose... iFly has it listed as one of their new locations, the township approved the project (with an opening expectation set at the township meeting of late Nov 15), and as you can see from the photos I posted construction is well underway...

Until I feel the wind, that's all I know, though :)
