Atl tunnel

There have been rumors for years about a tunnel in Atl. Anyone have anything solid on these?

Two things will happen when we finally get a tunnel in Atlanta;

1) I shall defecate and subsequently fall back in it.

2) I will be broke.

I'm perfectly willing to deal with both of those if someone will finally build a tunnel here.
