decompresion 2 #1 December 4, 2013 Just did 50 minutes in one day at iFLY Holywood. Worked on back-flail and sit-flail. Thank you for the awesome hospitality. I should have brought my own suit and helmet. the first 20 minutes were good, the second 20 were better. the last 10: I was tired. Three days later and I am still sore. Note for future flyers: They are located in Universal studios and parking is $15 for the day but you get 2 hours free in the valet parking with validation.
