LiborJanicek 0 #1 April 8, 2013 I wish we had wind tunnels growing up. Took my kids to iFLY Hollywood this past weekend and so amazed how well they did. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DG3iR5zIV1c

rehmwa 2 #4 April 12, 2013 That's great - mine first went in at age 5. Pretty much 15 to 45 minutes a year since. No more. last weekend she was able to hold a sit for a few moments - as for mantis flying, she could train on double digit average 4-way team right now if she decides to become a real skydiver.... It's really a lot of fun to watch your kids learn this stuff my proudest moment in 26 years of skydiving was flying as a full family just a couple years ago when we finally were able to put lead on the kid and still fly good. ... Driving is a one dimensional activity - a monkey can do it - being proud of your driving abilities is like being proud of being able to put on pants
LiborJanicek 0 #5 April 12, 2013 My kids instructor was great. After their session he said next time she'll be ready to sit fly. We are a family of competitor swimmers so I wonder if that might be helping factor. I can't wait to fly with my kids.
GooniesKid 0 #6 April 15, 2013 Quote We are a family of competitor swimmers so I wonder if that might be helping factor. Really? What does a family of competitor swimmers have to do with tunnel flying let alone sit flying? Just wondering. I can say i come from a family of parkor runners but that doesn't mean anything when it comes to tunnels and sit flying.
LiborJanicek 0 #7 April 15, 2013 Ya you are right about parkor runners but as a swimmer you are dealing with water pressure against your body like you do while flying your body. But it's a lot fast in free fall. Goonieskids, do you skydive or flown in a tunnel?
GooniesKid 0 #8 April 15, 2013 Quote Goonieskids, do you skydive or flown in a tunnel? Yes sir i do all three (include parkor). I've used the tunnels as part of my training before when i was taking aff...logged 2 hours worth.
