doubleplay 0 #1 September 21, 2011 I'm looking to get about 1/2 hour(3x10minutes) coached flying time before I start my aff and add another 1/2 hour during or after training. I'm 1.5 hrs driving time to XP and I did an introductory flight there but looking at the tunnel time prices they are the most expensive compared to tunnels like Skyventure CO which has great hourly off peak rates. I'm open to suggestions and advice for a coach who will help with the AFF type tunnel training. As a side note I can fly anywhere to spend 2-3 days so distance is not a problem. pilot-one 0 #3 September 22, 2011 You can go to Colorado anytime and get great coaching. The rate is much cheaper than XP because the tunnel is a bit smaller. In your case or anyone else that would be alone it would make no difference and you could easily make up the cost of a flight out there in just one hour of tunnel time.
