Luchia 0 #1 June 9, 2006 Does anyone know if there is a wind tunnel in Michigan or Ohio? Thank you in advance ~Lisa
PhreeZone 14 #2 June 9, 2006 Nope, closest is in TN at Flyaway, which is a good tourist ride, but not the best freefall simulator. Next closest is in NH when it opens this Summer/Fall or Orlando.Yesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com

I don't know anything about it other than it's there, and can be found here as well:http://www.bodyflight.net/aac.html. I'm sure you can find out more about them on the windtunnel board though. I keep forgetting about it since most times when I am looking to travel its Winter and I'm not flying outdoors in the winter. I havea few minutes there (OK 12+ hours) and it works for military, civilian, belly, HD etc. etc. And the view is awesome! An Instructors first concern is student safety. So, start being safe, first!!!
 Chrissay 0 #6 June 9, 2006 QuoteDoes anyone know if there is a wind tunnel in Michigan or Ohio?
