Finally, although outside video is still alive and well, handcam experience is a must, especially if you're looking at any of the smaller operators, and having multiple ratings (say, Sigma and Strong, to cover the most common used systems) can only mean more opportunities for you.



The vast majority of AU is handcam as well.

depending on where you are looking you may find that a Certificate D is enough to film tandems. Unlikely to be at one of the coastal locations due to the requirement commonly for Display Licenses.

Look at apf.asn.au and research Display Licenses. That said there are a number of Tandem Mills that are not restricted in that manner due to being on normal airfields
