Any infos about Lockheed AL60 for skydiving operation? climb rate? average time to reach altitude?
number of jumpers on board?

We plan to try it in the next future.
Thanks

Are you talking about this aircraft?
My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

We did a google on the airplane and found a pic showing a wide inflight door behind the passenger door. Not sure about the series, When in doubt Google;)

Used to have one of those in the 1980s at Seagoville, Texas and for the most part it sucked.. As I remember, it was a VERY slow climber. As far as jumpers, seems that we could take six. Hated that damn airplane and not just because it eventually crashed killing four jumpers and and the pilot.
The older I get the less I care who I piss off.

I heard a similar line when I visited the Herd (in Pennsylvania) circa 1984.
They had a Lockheed and a pair of Cessna 180s or 185s.
When my curiosity drove me to ask about jumping from the Lockheed, Lizard (a woman) discouraged me by saying that it climbed way too slowly.
Instead we made a couple of jumps from a Cessna.
I vaguely remember a DC-3 at the Herd's DZ, but it mainly flew in the summer and I doubt if there were enough skydivers to fill it that autumn day.
