efs4ever 3 #1 April 9, 2004 Anyone around Houston keep in touch or know the whereabouts of Skippy Manino? He was one tough old bird last time I talked to him. He was in his sixties then. Told tales of jumping "cheapos" onto floating barges and stuff. He might be pushing 70 now, or already there. Russell M. JohnRich 4 #4 April 11, 2004 QuoteAnyone around Houston keep in touch or know the whereabouts of Skippy Manino? I haven't seen him since the old Spaceland days... He's the only guy I've ever known to land a parachute on the rotor blade of a helicopter! Thankfully, the chopper was parked and the blade was not turning at the time... He had the thickest Cajun accent I've ever heard, and I usually couldn't understand half of what he said. :-)
