Which DZ in California?

Recommended Posts

So i'll be staying in San Francisco with the family for a few months and want to get as many jumps as i can in before winter.

That being said, is it worth the drive out to Lodi for cheap jumps or do i just take the sort drive to Bay Area Skydive?

I'm not planning to stay for weekends if i can help it as we only have one car.

I'm relatively experienced jumper but i'm a little un-current at the moment.

Secondly, it may be a dumb question but is there much jumping going on over winter at either Drop zones?

Cheers :)
*IF AT FIRST YOU DONT SUCCEED... SKYDIVING IS NOT FOR YOU!!!*

First off Visit all of them in the Bay Area...... seriously... check them all out...
Byron is rockin....

Lodi.. well is Lodi...

Skydance at Davis has plenty of people from Dizzie to hang out with...

Go do a high jump at Monterey Bay

Go down and check out the unique experience that is Hollister.

And do not write off the small Cessna dropzones....

Winter... well the weather in the Bay Area can get interesting.... you may need to hop a puddle jumper and head south for a weekend or two if the weather up there is fogged in. Sunny So Cal.... Sandy Eggo... Perris Valley Elsinore....
