Richmond Virginia AFF Schools

Recommended Posts

I'm looking to get my "A" license in the Richmond / Fort Lee area. Are any of the nearby DZ's better than the other?

Also if I start at one school do I have to finish at that school? I ask because I'm moving in a few weeks and might not be able to finish all the jumps at the same school.

Thanks

You can start at one and finish at another. You just have to take your logbook with you.

Your two closest DZs are going to be Skydive Orange and Skydive the Point. Both provide excellent AFF instruction. Orange is about an hour north of Richmond, and West Point is 45-60 minutes east of Richmond, depending on what side of town you live on. Although, I did hear at the boogie that they be moving in the near future, but can't confirm that.
