Impression of Cross Keys, NJ?

Recommended Posts

Just read through a thread talking about ASC vs Skydive the Farm in MD.

Lots of interesting thoughts...

Anyone have thoughts on or impressions of Cross Keys in NJ?

Safety wise?

Business wise?
...And I'm not gonna not get Randy Jackson's autograph...
Did we just become best friends?

They make you pay some lame registration fee the first time you jump there, I think its like $20 for the year, or $5 each vist.

Other than that it's a kick ass DZ. The otter is fast as shit and it's the home of CK2 freefly team if thats what your into.

i went there a few years ago with a group from our DZ....had a GREAT time.

Liz took care of us big time...the people there were all super nice, they fed us, got us drunk, and even wanted to jump with us ;)

We should organize another Canadian Invasion again.

I recommend that place to everyone!!

Cheers

If at first you don't succeed....then Skydiving is not for you!

It is def a great DZ but the taxation of the $30 fee and the $25 in tolls for me to get there kinda sucks ... but they have a great rigging loft, a variety of people to jump with, jeff nebelkopf with wingsuits is usually their, CK1 and people that organize trips to wind tunnels (although they go all the way to NC!) but great people just dont bring a crazy gf/ex gf ... it doesnt mix well ;)

Amazing and fun place to jump. Planes are almost always constantly running, large landing area, great fun knowledgeable people that are very open and very skilled.

Just went last weekend for the first time. Definitely planning on going again

The yearly fee i don't complain about its well worth it with the great facilities.....its the damn tolls I hate! lol
