Uk Motorbike and skydive tour?

Recommended Posts

Would love to do a tour of all the english DZ's, whilst pelting around on motorbikes.
Hinton old buks langer, hibble, NLPC, sibson... you get the idea.. maybe a weekend of riding and jumps.

Does anyone know whether anything like this goes on at the moment.

I know a lot of bikers... and a lot of skydivers.. but not so many skydiving motorbikers.

If anyone has info or is intrested in organising a tour des DZ's over a weekend. a post or two should get this rockin.... Idea then to do a tour of europe or somthing to the like over 2 weeks at the end of summer!

Sam,

Would be a great experience... but some how I don't think it would fulfill the expectations of a visit to the UK that the better half has...
...besides that, the only question would be which one of my old Triumphs should I bring?

bike choice must be either

A Rocket mark III
A bonneville
Speed triple
or maybe a tiger 53 plate or the like..

...Since all I have are a:

'46 5T Speed Twin
'69 Trident
'72 Trident

...that I can't come along???

And me coming to the UK without my wife is a non-starter...in fact I wouldn't want to not have her come along. Of course she isn't keen on either bikes or skydiving, so the trip will have to be sufficiently long to enjoy all the facets, see the sights, and hunt down relatives...

I have a '88 BMW K100RS.

I myself was hoping to do something along the lines of how many DZ's can you jump in a day - Guiness Book stuff. Then getting the whole thing sponsored for a Military Charity to help out the boys still serving.

My prob is I am taking a short medically advised break from jumping at the moment. But I shall wind it up afterwards and get it going.
