I cant make it this year. But I recommend the trip to anyone. Never jumped there, but I been going to Pto. since 1991 (14 times) to surf, and the place is beautiful. The views from the sky must be breath taking. 15 yrs ago it was another thing, but now the food and accomodations are good and the beer is super cheap $. Zicatela beach faces SW, I can imagine a sunset beach jump and its worth the trip.
Ill try in 2008.

You fly to Mexico City...
From there you got 2 options:
-45min flight to Puerto Escondido for a bit more than $200 both ways (last I went).
-Take a 12hr bus to Pto Escondido for about $30 each way (7pm-7am)

Or fly to Huatulco and take a 2 hour bus ride (less than $10.00) or a more expensive taxi ride- (about $50.00) Depending on where you are coming from, you might be able to find a direct flight to Huatulco at that time of the year, otherwise you'll connect in Mexico City and its about a 45 minute flight from there.
