There was nothing worse than seeing that big bird just sitting there, not flying, and not being able to get on a load because the plane was filled with tandems. I think *maybe* the fact that there's an actual contract this time just might make a difference. The last two turbines were missing that one critical component for reliability, a signed document... The previous failures are why no-ones really getting excited yet, but when caravan is flying, I'm sure there will be a lot people that can't wait to come back to Toledo. At any rate, I'm ready. Toledo is a great place to jump, and the people have always been the best, but a Cessna 182 just ain't cutting it for people that want to get some serious skydiving done.
