MOONA 0 #1 March 7, 2006 I'm going to be on vacation in Florida from the 17th of March and have always wanted to do a beach jump. Anybody know of any Florida DZ's that regularly do them?

Check out the "Weekend Photo/Video Albums" but then again it may have been a demo.... but what is the "beach jump bus" all about? http://www.skydiveseb.com/gallery/feb172006-4.jpg
John4455 0 #8 March 7, 2006 The DZ is in Alabama, but the beach jumps are on the State line, so technically it could be called a Florida beach jump. I know.......... How do ya like it Johnny?

You have not been around long enough but there was definitely a time when Sebastian did Beach Jumps every Friday or Saturday Night. QuoteI think the county or city doesn't allow it. not that I am in the know but I do hear that as of recent years there has been strife with the city. Sebastian was awesome in the mid 90's. Quote So did Skydive Daytona, but I think the orig poster was curious about what was happening now. Quote Sebastian was awesome in the mid 90's. The place still is awesome, Wendy has events going on all the time at Sebastian. They were doing sunset jumps onto a golf course every Friday quite recently. We actually purchased a bus to help retrieve the jumpers now we just need to settle the business with the locals. We actually jump over the border in Brevard County where they are much nicer about skydiving activities.
