Elsinore Night Jumps, Water Training, and B-license Test!

Hey everyone-- if you haven't heard already, we will be having NIGHT JUMPS this Saturday night, November 19th at Skydive Elsinore.  You must have your B-license in order to participate in night jumps, so there will be Water Training, and the B-license Test on Friday night.  Just call the Elsinore office to sign up and get details, (951) 245-9939.  

On Saturday, Chris Fiala is leading his invitational freefly event, Vertical Challenge, and they will be doing some sweet glow-in-the-dark formations, so definitely come check it out, and make a couple jumps yourself in between.  I will be doing some night-jump RW organizing, so if you're interested in getting in on a load and need something to do, just let me know!  Just email me at [EMAIL][email protected][/EMAIL] or call me at the DZ, whatever!
Food and Beer also on Saturday night too-- come on out and join the party! And with sunset around 5ish, there will still be plenty of time to party after jumping.....

just bumping this up----- time for tonight-- Water Training is at the Casino at 5pm-- show at the DZ at 4:30pm if you need a ride over.

Then Saturday, we're having a big BBQ party along with the night jumps.

Night jumps at Davis were interesting for the view. At Byron, bordering on creepy with the lack of illumination.

and of course, no lit runway? Or is something strung up so the Otter can return?

Lit up. We did 4 loads. 2 loads were exclusively for the freefly invitational and 2 for the experienced and newbs. We had 10 first timers, all of whom did well. We also held water training that afternoon, and the evening before.
