Mogelberg 0 #1 October 25, 2004 Hey! I'm looking for someone who will be joining the jam in Sebastian and could possibly give this peaceful viking a ride. I'm still not 100% sure that I will be going but would like to keep my options open. However, have no means of transportation myself... Blue skies! bendywendy 0 #2 October 26, 2004 We just posted it today so I'm not sure how many people know about it yet. Keep your ears & eyes open - you'll want to be here! Uwe is making us take line dancing lessons! I don't know how to dance if it isn't slow or techno! I've already dusted my chaps off but I think the boots went in the trash about five moves back. Mogelberg 0 #3 October 26, 2004 Hmmmm, don't expect to see me on the dance floor! Looks like you have the hat to go with the line dancing Can you tell me more about the event - jump activity primarily - or tell me where to look for it? Lars
bendywendy 0 #4 October 26, 2004 He hasn't given me all the details yet. I'll post more as I know more. I know he will have RW and freefly organizing. Cisco Neri will also be here. They will have a swoop meet as well. Knowing Uwe there should be some fun tracking dives and some wingsuit jumps. Hit and chugs on sunset load and lots of fun! Jib 0 #8 November 1, 2004 If you want to take the Tri-Rail (I have never been on it) farther north to Boca/West Palm or so, I may be able to hook you up on Friday night. -------------------------------------------------- the depth of his depravity sickens me. -- Jerry Falwell, People v. bendywendy 0 #11 December 11, 2004 Ok, it's getting closer to this event. We are 99% sure at this point that there will be a mechanical bull here and there will be prizes (some cash) for bull riding. I've already bought my cowboy hat and believe it or not, I already owned chaps. Whiskey is on order - yuck!! I'll stick to the jello shots which will also be there. We will be having a catered BBQ - ribs & chicken and we'll come up with something for you vegetarian types! Tiki bar will be open with our 'controled firepit' - sorry, we live in a tight town. We had to go buy some little fire containment device in order to have it at all. Anyways, there will be prizes for best western attire as well. Plenty of load organzizing, rodeo dives, round ups, etc, etc.... you need to be there.
bendywendy 0 #12 December 28, 2004 More news for this one. Aerodyne is sponsoring the event - I believe they are providing T-shirts for the Jam! Sunpath is also a proud sponsor - they will be sponsoring the Odyssey Salloon with free shots for registered people and lower prices on beer for registered jumpers. PD is sponsoring the Chicken Shit contest - yes, chicken shit! You can win money if the chicken shits on you - oh, I mean your number - not you. The bull is a go - it will be there. There will be prizes for bullriding! Pre-registration price is $20.00 - I'm not sure what the day of is - they haven't told me, yet.

bendywendy 0 #17 January 17, 2005 We've talked a few of the CrossKeys people into staying for the jam, too - I think. They have to work some plane ticket stuff out but the arm twisting seems to be working. We've got new sinks for the bathrooms that should be in by the weekend (now that the horrible sulfer water is gone) and with a miracle the zoo bar will actually be reopened. Actually that would be a miracle - it will be open for the Naughty Cupid Boogie but I don't know about this one. The tiki bar will have to do.

sunnydee123 0 #19 January 20, 2005 So can I ask.........(I have read the website but am still confused)......are we supposed to be dressing "cowboy like" during the day for jumping or just at night when the party REALLY gets going? What's the masses doin'? I bet buttless chaps might work for freefall or not Dreams become reality, one choice at a time...
bendywendy 0 #20 January 20, 2005 Whatever your heart desires! If it stays as chilly as it is - I'll keep my chaps on all day long (I'll keep my butt covered though - it's not warm enough for that)
sunnydee123 0 #21 January 21, 2005 well so far I've got boots and a hat...if that is the only thing I can find to wear, ya think anyone will mind ................................HA HA HA! Dreams become reality, one choice at a time...
bendywendy 0 #22 January 22, 2005 Some of the outfits so far are great! Lots of cowboy hats, big buckles, striped shirts or tight white t-shirts, cowboy boots and so far no spurs...
sunnydee123 0 #23 January 24, 2005 Was a fun little day despite the weather that came a'visitin' the end of it......The Aerodyne gang was around, as were some of the PD crew, and just lots of familiar faces to make the jumps SLAMMIN'! hee hee....I ran to my grandparents to shower around 6, after I got pied along with Rob Stevens for his 10,000 jumps award thingy, ....and never made it back cuz I had a birthday surprise waiting for me at my house See everyone for the Naughty Cupid Boogie if not sooner. Sure hope it warms up by then or the whole "sexy/naughty" thing might not work Dreams become reality, one choice at a time...
