Mogelberg 0 #1 October 19, 2004 I'll be in Miami from the 21st Jan until 17th Feb. Planning on spending some time at a dropzone. Looking for good advise, hints on good dropzones, and anything else you think may be of value. Thanks!! THEN THERES AN INCREDIBLE BOOGIE IN PUERTO RICO IN FEBRUARY YOU MIGHT NOT WANT TO MISS. ALLS IT TAKES IS THE RIGHT PLANNING. There are others within a couple hours, as well as Z-hills up here. Your best bet will be Miami. You didn't even mention Sebastian which is the most scenic dz in Florida. But then ... anonymous posters...you can't expect them to be very thorough. In January and February all the Florida dz's will be busy so take some time and make the rounds. My picks would be Miami, Sebastian, Z-hills if you don't have tons of time but good transportation. If you've got more time then throw in Titusville, Lake Wales & DeLand on the route. If you don't have transportation then looks like you'll be stuck at Homestead (Miami) but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. There is a hostel somewhere nearby, get that info ahead of time- I'm not sure how quickly it fills. __
 Mogelberg 0 #6 October 21, 2004 Cool Thanks for the run down. Now I'm actually planning on going to Puerto Rico for the boogie! Have booked the tickets. I will be paying it a visit, but I don't think I will be chasing DZs all across the state. I'll ask for you when I get there Lars
 bendywendy 0 #9 October 22, 2004 We really miss all our Danish friends. We used to have the teams here every winter but their coach moved to DeLand so off they went too!
