Slight amendment to the Aircraft lineup--it seems the Super Otter may be slightly delayed getting released from duty at the Nationals, but we'll have a Caravan and a King Air until the Otter shows up Late Friday or sometime Saturday. Good weather at the Nationals will mean a timely arrival of the Otter.

More organizers too...
Dave Osbon and Paul Rafferty will be r/w organizing -- think multi-plane formation-load big-ways.
Johnny Gates will be there, so maybe we can get a magic carpet or two off.

And there will be demo gear: Stilettos, Sabre2s, and Parachute Systems Vortex II containers and Hurricane and ZP.EXE canopies (95sf - 170sf) on hand, if you want to try them.

Trees, what tress? Oh yeah, some people can;t land on an airport big enough to land airplanes on, they think it's "small"... I've got about 1300+ jumps there, and I've never even come close to landing in a tree....

where oh were is the smiley face that is giving the finger?:P

I had never been there before, and after 3 of the WORSE CASA spots I have ever had, I still managed NOT to land in a tree.

Ganja,
We are heading up from Florida Friday morning.I believe Debbie would like to do a tandem this weekend, maybe Saturday. This would be a good time to initiate her into the brotherhood.

It's THIS weekend? Nope.

Bad timing, again. Halloween boogies everywhere.

Like I said before, and I'll ask again, when are you people going to have a Harvest Moon Boogie that happens to be during the Harvest Moon? ;)

Problem this year was: We just got the lease on the airport a few weeks back, so planning it this quickly was rough enough, no way it could have happened 3 weeks earlier. Jack is the man for making it happen at all. Congrats Jack! Quatorze, will they be offering recurrency training this weekend?

Ganja,
I was definetly going to ask you to take her on the tandem, and I will fly with her. I will look for you when we get there and we can plan something fun.

Maybe we should reschedule the Harvest Moon, rather than the boogie...

LMAO, Now that's funny.

Ganja, I understand. Big congrats to Jack. Oct. 11th weekend or Nov 9th weekend both at least have moons, and it's harvest time for the next 2 months somewhere.

Something to think about for next year?

Recurrency, we don't need no stinking recurrency, does gravity still work?

As many recurrency dives as I have done over the past 3 years I should be able to bo my own by now;)
