SkySlut 0 #2 June 2, 2003 I have worked with Dr. John DeRosalia...He is great as well. He has a book out that I would recommend everyone to read. I have lent it out 3 times and have yet to get my copy back. I have had to get new copies. Its called "Mental Training for Skydiving and Life". Its a great book. He works with all the best RW teams.
