jaybo 0 #6 January 14, 2004 About time... I waited close to a year past its originally intended DVD release date, couldn't wait anymore and settled for the VHS format (no complaints, its awesome everytime I watch). So come on Patrick, were all waiting on your next film...
Stumpy 284 #7 January 14, 2004 Got this last week - love it, especially the 3 way freefly with smoke and olav at the end - incredible stuff!Never try to eat more than you can lift
DaMan 0 #8 January 14, 2004 What about the "added" content on the DVD? Worth buying the DVD (already have the video version) anyway?Z-Flock 8 Discotec Rodriguez Too bad weapons grade stupidity doesn't lead to sterility.
Cacophony 0 #9 January 14, 2004 QuoteAbout time... I waited close to a year past its originally intended DVD release date, couldn't wait anymore and settled for the VHS format (no complaints, its awesome everytime I watch). Was the DVD promised for a certain time and then not delivered? If that is the case then that is horrible business practice if you ask me. The DVD is cool as hell, but what could possibly hold up the process for that long? Just a heads up. Vertical Axis Entertainment is going to change that. Stay tuned..... Cacophony 0 #11 January 15, 2004 QuoteWho? I love that you asked that. Its a company that is being created to produce some killer skydiving videos. I just happened to be looking through the forum and I thought that I'd throw down a post since I am long overdue. And I'm also trying to get some feedback into what people want to see and what bothers them about already existing videos. Take it easy.

Stumpy 284 #13 January 15, 2004 QuoteWhat about the "added" content on the DVD? Worth buying the DVD (already have the video version) anyway? Hmmm, debatable. A lot of less edited stuff but essentially the same material. Having said that I liked watching it because a lot more was in real time. i'm still pretty new to this and seeing it in real time makes it even more impressive. If you can live without that then its quite an expensive dvd so maybe i wouldn't bother if you already have the vid. Dougjumper 0 #14 January 15, 2004 I have many Dvd Movies now and Crosswind is one of them. I was dissapointed when I saw the movie. Maybe just maybe some of you like it and im not downing the whole Movie in general. I think for the Money it could have been much better. If I were you Consider adding or getting Out of The Blue Dvd. You wont be dissatisfied with this one. The Icarus guys kicked butt in this one. Also Consider Rantoul 02 not bad..Overall . Cowboy Video Productions has a good Dvd.. 2001...Kicks Butt. You can purchase most at Square 1 The glass is half full or half empty doesn't matter. Let go and have the Lord guide your path. He will take care of it all. To much flash and dazzle, not enough meat. Swoop Two would be my choice for canopy stuff, Good stuff for an all around wuffo and jumper entertainer, and Willing to fly for the bad ass-ness of footage.---------------------------------------------- You're not as good as you think you are. Dougjumper 0 #16 January 16, 2004 Jp I agree Swoop2 or Goodstuff.. Both of these are Good to GO! The glass is half full or half empty doesn't matter. Let go and have the Lord guide your path. He will take care of it all.
