leaving for France with my rig...

so i just want to make sure i got everything right. i m travelling with my rig in my checked luggage cause the company asked me to. along with it i need:
-the cypres card
-a copy of the TSA policy on rigs

did i forget anything...?

when i was in france, we had not problems with the airline, but the airport police (their TSA) wouldn't allow the rig as carry-on (or as she put it: "my airport, my rules" [:/]). we had to go all the way back to the checkin counter and back (which btw, was very easy and unsecured through a few side doors, talk about security...)

Many airlines have a list online of acceptable carry on items.
I know I've printed it up for United & Southwest & have seen the Contenential list. They all say sport parachute rigs.
Just another precaution.

I flew to AZ the other day, took my rig as a carry on. I had 2 hook knives in the bag. No one saw anything.:S
But they got my nail clipper!:|
