Guess you never came out to Cuba MO in early 1980's Andrew Williams skydived there with us, he was Black and very nice guy.... Sadly he died in the Cowboy's Carvan Cessna 208 Crash in Atlanta where IBM sent him on business that week

Unless she's a USPA National Director, in which case she's between a rock and a hard place.

Don't forget, you can go thru a mftrs cert course, pay for your tandem rig,go jump with your family over your own or private land for the next 50 years if you want,,you are not involving the public or charging anything for it, there by your own private use......................the rules are different then,,to some degree.......................

True the FAR's have no age limit.

But the FARs do state certified by the mftrs.

If annual certification is required to stay certified by the mftrs, wouldn't having the cert revoked then make you not in compliance with the FAR? Then that would be a violation which you could be legally responsible for?

Until the legal invironment in the USA changes I do happen to agree with Bill Booth on this one.

An Instructors first concern is student safety.

and it makes the person (the the person gathering information, not the TM) PERMANENTLY untrustworthy in my mind.....

It's his SON he took tandem....not a bunch of hooligans off the street. Given that Bill Booth reads these forums regularly, why would someone else feel the need to cut and paste for him. He's a bright guy....
