HALO Jumps and Jet rides

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know where you can, as a civilian do a HALO jump? And is there any bases that allow you to ride in a Jet?

Check THESE guys out. They also attend the WFFC where up jumpers can go to 30k on their own for $300.00 I believe.

I did one at Rantoul this year. Was definitely worth the $350.

We flew to Rantoul this year on Ben's DC-9. Probably not what you were looking for (not military) but still a lot more fun than a commercial flight. There's also an L-39 that flies into Perris pretty regularly; that's a military trainer that's pretty popular nowadays. I'm not sure how you would get in touch with them though. They're not based at the DZ - they just like the restaraunt.
