u cant use it as bigway Rw loads.

Why not? It just adds to the challenge of putting it all back together. 180 way speedstars anyone? :D

Extrapolating from recent nationals-winning 10-way speeds, I reckon that would be possible with a pass at 60,000ft, if all 180 jumpers were of Airspeed/Majik/GK skill level.

The only sure way to survive a canopy collision is not to have one.

Trying to match levels with your opposite 55m away could be difficult :P. In my limited experience, stars get exponentially more difficult as the number of folk grows.

(Assuming each person takes 1m of space, 180 people gives a circle diameter of 57m).

Not all that hard. We've done 120 way wacker transitions, and come within a grip of a 120 way round as a second point. And that was only from 16K.

You forgot one technical aspect. You had many doors to go out of of many planes, not everyone going out of the skinny door on the ass end. ;)

Just have everyone hold on! It worked for the 10-way speed stars out of the 727 at Quincy. (Well, sorta.) You might have to give the last guy out a good helmet though.

I figured you knew that by now:P

seeing the smiles on everyones faces when they put some power is just great

We don't have the DC-9 yet in Perris. It's in progress and I'll try to get more info on this to post.

so, is the FAA closer to authorise the "open door flying" and the "skydiver dropping" stuff??
