Just one AFF - normally I make it a hard rule never to try to convince anyone that they should jump and just facilitate it if they are keen...however in this case a very good friend of mine's personal life was sooo messed up that I told him he HAD to make use of the CTRL+ALT+DEL function that exiting that door has always brought me...worked perfectly
