bocabruce1 0 #1 June 12, 2009 I made my first tandem jump on May 17th, my 50th birthday! I am making my second jump tomorrow, June 13th. Question I have is should I do another tandem or instructor assisted skydive?bocabruce

Are you intending to get your license and carry on as a skydiver? If so, I'd suggest the going on your own with the IA jump. Hell, maybe just do it anyway!T.I.N.S. pontiacgtp00 0 #6 June 12, 2009 How comfortable were you on your tandem? Did the instructor let you fly the canopy a bit?
Will_Evo 0 #7 June 12, 2009 I am not sure why you have two topics started asking the same question, but like I said in the other one, based on how you worded your question in the other topic is that if you cannot attend a ground school, then you wont be able to jump with an instructor. Your only option here is to do another tandem. Until you find time to make it to the ground school and jump in a school(Aff, static etc.) I am pretty sure your only option is a tandem.
