AggieDave 6 #9 August 4, 2009 I jumped a few different sizes of Pilot canopies around 4 years ago. They were OK. Enjoy your new canopy, though, its yours and you'll love it for the rest of your jumping days (even as you buy new canopies, you'll think about the first one you owned that you loved).--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." DSE 3 #12 August 4, 2009 So...if you jump one and hate it, you'll be more educated and better informed about your choices. As for me, I'll gratefully thank anyone who helps me become more informed and more educated.Pilots are great canopies. I happen to prefer my Storm. The_Don 0 #13 August 4, 2009 I've said it before. Loaned my Pilot to people with 60 jumps to others that have 600 or more. They all love the Pilot! Damn good canopy. I am NOT being loud. I'm being enthusiastic!

D22369 0 #23 August 5, 2009 Few years ago I jumped a dzo's with the mindset of "oh crap this things gonna suck balls" since it was nearly twice the size of my normal ride, however I found it to be a sweet opening and fun (if docile ride) good canopys *(got 3 jumps on it that day) so I do have limited experience with them RoyThey say I suffer from insanity.... But I actually enjoy it.
