According to reports, guy stole the plane and put into a building on Research Blvd.

Not good considering the TSA plan for Otters and such last year.

Nothing to do with skydiving unless you are in the U.S. and the 3 letter acronym agencies here decide to enhance security on GA or commercial operators flying 12,500 lbs or smaller.

Now they are saying that the building housed FBI and IRS.

Killed him & burned the house pretty good.

For you New Zealanders -- search the forums for Large Aircraft Security Proposal. With an apparent intentional attack of an IRS facility by an small aircraft, who knows what overreation will come down. Background checks to jump a 182 in the US?

They never had a proposal prior to OKC dealing with yellow rental trucks but they have something laying around that deals with aircraft types used at DZ's.

The initial reports of this being a Cirrus were incorrect. It was actually a Piper Cherokee PA-28, which means he could barley see out the front anyway. OK, bad joke, but this does suck for General Aviation and Skydiving. Don't you just hate deranged engineers?
