Skydiving Goals for 2011?

Recommended Posts

For the first time ever I will have weekends off like a normal person, so for 2011: JUMP MY IMAGINARY BALLS OFF!!!!!! And finally get on my head in the tunnel so I can start going on HD jumps safely.

Been waiting years to be able to be a weekend warrior.... can't wait for 2011!!!!!!! B|B|

Apologies for the spelling (and grammar).... I got a B.S, not a B.A. :)

2. break 4 minutes in a wingsuit.

What does it say about me that I read that as "break 4 midgets in a wingsuit"?

No, wait, don't answer that. :S:D

Skydiving Goals for 2011?

Other than the obvious: have fun, jump lots, avoid injury & death... What are your skydiving goals for 2011?

Mine:

Senior Rigger rating
PRO rating

(My friends will say...  "Weren't those your goals for LAST year?" Yes, but pursuing an AFFI rating, making ~90 AFFI jumps, and a season-ending injury got in the way. I am healed up and ready to GO FOR IT!)

C2
AFF
Demo rating
LOTS OF TANDEMS

Enjoy every minute

If you came to a NZ DZ you could do all that in one hit.

A vector rating is a sigma rating and they never expire...

Though a proficiency check is required every 2 years.

1. Finish the design of my own H&C system.
2. Find a way of legally jumping it.
3. Stay away from the incident statistic.

.....................................................................

I haven't jumped a Vector Tandem since 1992, so a bit of refresher training is in order.
I have already discussed that refresher training with the local Vector/Sigma Examiner.
