Forgive me for being a n00b, but don't most skydivers update their logbooks after every jump? I know, as a student jumper, after every jump, my instructors fill out my logbook.

Not a bad question at all. YES you SHOULD update your logbook every jump. I AM A LAZY JUMPER WHO'S EXAMPLE SHOULD NOT BE FOLLOWED in this instance. I basically hit the 200 jump mark in my logbook, started wingsuiting and haven't logged too many jumps since. Dont be lazy like me.

Congratulations and yes, I believe this does qualify as a beer event.

I log every jump (some of my log entries are pretty funny) but I usually forget to get them signed. My wife is a licensed jumper (more jumps than me) so I have someone around who's been on a lot of them and who can sign me off.
